Buckle up, motocross fans, as the Motocross of Nations announcements are about to come in thick and fast. Team Switzerland was announced at the Grand Prix of Belgium moments ago. Jeremy Seewer (MXGP), Valentin Guillod (MX2) and Arnaud Tonus (Open) will represent Switzerland at Assen, in The Netherlands, in September. There are no surprises there, although there are questions over the quality of machinery that Guillod will have. One would presume that he will race with support from the German KMP Honda outfit.
Jeremy Seewer is currently second in the premier class in the 2019 FIM Motocross World Championship, with Arnaud Tonus in fourth. They are certainly a strong duo. Valentin Guillod does not have a full-time ride this year, so has not competed in a specific series, but did race at Teutschenthal and finish fourteenth overall.
