American Marshal Weltin has had a turbulent time of it with the Vamo Honda team. There have been some impressive moments, such as a fifth place in the first moto at the Grand Prix of Great Britain, and he has shown plenty of speed at points. A handful of mechanical issues have restricted him though.
Now, however, Weltin will move across to a different truck in the paddock and complete the Grand Prix of Belgium with F&H Racing Kawasaki. "Due to injuries at the F&H Racing team, we have contacted [Marshal] Weltin and reached a deal with him to contest the MX2 World Championship at Lommel this weekend," the team confirmed in a short statement. Although it sounds like this is only a deal for round fifteen, it would not be too surprising to see him finish the current campaign in green. Stay tuned for more.
